The guy in question is named Larry Ramos. Actually, he is a Filipino-American (from Hawaii). He had not joined the band yet at the time of this clip. He eventually replaced Jules Alexander (who is in this clip next to the horn player). Larry Ramos played guitar and sang lead on "Windy" and "Never My Love."

A friend turned me on to this song....got so excited re-discovering the beauty of the Association sound, songwriting, and musicianship that I bought a 51 song CD collection of Association tunes. & Note to pkappe: Larry Ramos--the Hawaiian-- replaced Gary Jules Alexander, the guy with the Larry Fine hairdo and singing with Russ in this video.

at 1:21. That break interlude sounds like the Legend of Zelda theme.
