Sadly I'm now in the wrong place at the wrong time to see him play. Inventors, hurry up with the time machine please.

@KarenHlly Well that's what I mean. How many people know those names? No one. Go out and ask someone to name a county singer, and you will get "Rascal Flats, Taylor swift, etc etc."And that's why they should not be able to put Waylon in the same category as them. The new crap on the radio is NOT country. I say: make a new Genre. This new stuff is just pop music with some twang thorwn in or mabe a bit of fiddle or a little steel guitar (in some cases none of the above) how is that Country???

@WhiskeyRockARoller84 It's not dead, Whiskey, it's just not played on commercial radio. People running the industry HATE country music like this, but there's Amber Digby, Justin Trevino, Heather Myles, and Dale Watson still out there doing the real thing.

@starr522 agreed.... As far as I'm concerned country music as it was known is DEAD.... The day someone invents a time machine, I am going back to see waylon do what he does best... never had the chance to see him play... and those that did should consider themselves very fortunate. You can't find talent like this anymore...
